Silicon Photonics Design Engineer (RFIC Engineering)

What you’d do

Design, simulate and characterize silicon photonics building blocks such as modulators, photodiodes, filters and couplers, and model optical package interfaces. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 2+ years of photonics or electro-optical IC design
• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or applied physics
• Silicon photonics and InGaAs/InP integrated platform experience
• RF, analog and mixed signal circuit familiarity
