What you’d do

Develop ATE test programs and high speed low noise test boards for timing products such as SyncE/1588 timing, clock distribution and frequency synthesizers, supporting products from specification through volume manufacturing. • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years developing ATE test programs for integrated circuits
• Knowledge of semiconductors and semiconductor IC testing
