What you’d do

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and support corporate legal matters including M&A, product development, and compliance. You’ll need

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admission to at least one state bar, active and in good standing
• 5-8 years of experience
• Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• In-house experience preferred
