You’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Food Processing or Associate’s in mechanical/utilities
• 5+ years industrial plant experience
• 3+ years leadership experience or equivalent
• Manage maintenance and reliability strategies
• Coordinate contractors and project implementation
