Provide daily IT support for executives and assistants via multiple channels, handle AV and Zoom support for events, onboard new executives, troubleshoot devices, investigate incidents, and participate in on-call rotation including off-hours. You’ll need

• Experience supporting executives with IT issues
• Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, Android troubleshooting
• Ability to handle AV and Zoom support for events
• Participate in on-call rotation including early mornings, nights, weekends
• Experience with ServiceNow and Slack for support requests
