What you’d do

Assist with public company securities law compliance, SEC filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements and 8-Ks, board and committee materials, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. You’ll need

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school
• Admitted to the Bar of at least one state
• 5-7 years of U.S. public company reporting experience
• Securities law compliance and corporate governance experience
• Capital markets transactions experience
