Lead maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and fabrication trades at an eye care manufacturing site. Coordinate daily maintenance, lead Tier I meetings, oversee PMs and spare parts, and support safety and CAPA work. Night shift, 6pm to 6am, 4 days on and 4 days off.
