• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Prior senior leadership experience
• Built and led FP&A functions at high-growth tech, infrastructure, or pre-IPO companies
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience in complex, multi-entity environments
