What you’d do

Coordinates and prepares work schedules for nursing units in the Float Pool, assigning centralized float pool staff daily based on census. Communicates with Unit Managers and the House Supervisor to resolve staffing issues, records call-ins, and manages timecards and payroll for float pool staff. Full time.
