What you’d do

Contact candidates by phone, email, and text to collect missing documents and authorizations, track background check status, and keep recruiters updated on delays or at-risk start dates. You’ll need

• Basic knowledge of FCRA or background screening
• Internship or coursework in HR, business, or related field
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
• Bilingual a plus
