Occupational Therapist (OT)

What you’d do

Provide skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes as ordered by the attending physician, developing individualized care plans and adjusting them as needs change. You’ll need

• Current OT license in state of employment
• Compassionate communication skills
• Patience with patients, families, physicians, coworkers
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Supervision of COTA care
