What you’d do

Serve as the point of contact in the perioperative waiting room, keeping patients and visitors informed and connecting them with the healthcare team. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of face-to-face customer service experience
• Associate's degree in business or related field
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification
