What you’d do

Monitor facility infrastructure, respond to and dispatch critical alarms, perform change management tasks, and create tickets in a 24x7 data center operations center. You’ll need

• 2+ years of technical support experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24X7 environment
• Proficient computer and communication skills
