Perform routine building maintenance including painting, electrical lighting, HVAC, generators, doors and locks, fire protection systems, plumbing, and dock doors. • 1 year maintaining dock doors/dock equipment
• 2 years commercial or warehouse facility maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry experience
