You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of contract management, negotiation, or paralegal experience
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements
• 1+ years in technology licensing, software, fiber, real estate, or construction
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or media industries
