What you’d do

Handle inbound calls from patients to collect and document INR test results, help patients order testing supplies, and troubleshoot testing meters. Also make outbound calls to physicians' offices about out-of-range results. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST after training. Found on the employer's careers page on Oct 18, 2026.
