You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years on a corporate benefits team, health plan administrator, or consulting firm
• Experience with employer-provided health benefits
• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
