Operating Room Nurse Flow Manager

What you’d do

Coordinate patient flow into and out of the Operating Room, moving patients from Pre-Op, the ED, or inpatient units to the OR and then to PACU or inpatient units. Partner with nursing leadership, anesthesia, surgeons, and administration to keep the OR schedule on track and align staffing with surgical volume. Part time. You’ll need

• Master's degree in healthcare, operations, or engineering preferred
• Knowledge of patient care and operational flow
• Strong leadership and communication across interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking
