You’ll need
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar
- Experience with estimating software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline, WinEst
- Experience with all delivery methods: Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC, Design Build
- Review of plans, specifications and bid documents
