Lead and conduct employee relations investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and conduct issues. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in employee relations, investigations, employment law, or HR
• Workplace investigation experience
• J.D. or employment law experience preferred
• Complex investigations in large matrixed organizations preferred
