What you’d do

Owns the tenant build-out process for retail spaces, guiding tenants and their architects through existing conditions, permitting, inspection and construction requirements to get stores open. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Architectural, construction, engineering or related degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year tenant coordination experience preferred
• Local permitting and construction knowledge
