Project-manage and execute investment, partnership and acquisition deals from ideation through closing, including valuation, due diligence, internal materials and cross-functional coordination. You’ll need

• 5+ years in investment banking, corporate development, PE, VC or similar
• Full transaction life cycle experience
• Origination, valuation, negotiation and closing skills
• M&A advisory or law background acceptable
