What you’d do

Perform general facility maintenance on second shift, including patching and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles, plumbing and carpentry repairs, exterior pressure washing and occasional snow removal, and event setups at a Long Island mall. • 2-5 years handyman or related experience
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock
• Driver's license to operate company vehicles
• Able to use power tools and scissor lift
