You’ll need

• Master's in Anesthesia, or CRNA graduation before Dec 31, 2003
• CRNA education program accredited by national CRNA accreditor
• Anesthesia administration for surgical and medical procedures
• Emergent airway management response
• On-call availability, in-house or from home
