What you’d do

Help patients and families find and secure insurance coverage, Medicaid, Medicare and other financial assistance, following the health system's financial clearance and assistance policies. • High school graduate or GED
• Type 45 wpm
• 3+ years in financial advising, claims, collections, customer service or revenue cycle
• 1+ years of Epic experience
