Perform financial cash flow modeling and analysis for commercial real estate, review financial statements, develop rent and sale comparable analyses, prepare valuation proposals, and maintain property records. You’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
• 1-3 years commercial real estate experience preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in database research is a plus
