Reviews physician and departmental documentation, progress notes, and pathology reports to check pro-fee coding and billing accuracy, and advises physicians and clinic staff on documentation and workflow improvements. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS-P, CCS, or CPC certification
• CPMA preferred
• Coding and billing guideline and payer policy knowledge
• Medical record documentation review experience
