What you’d do

Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, anesthesia and recovery, restrain animals, run lab work and radiographs, place IV catheters, and update clients and medical records. • Safe, compassionate animal handling and restraint
• Knowledge of common disease states and patient condition changes
• Lab work, radiographs, injections, IV catheter placement
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines
