You’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- 10+ years work experience in Water Resources/Public Works
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
