What you’d do

Lead plant production operations, including safety programs, employee scheduling, hiring and mentoring staff, and meeting productivity and cost targets. You’ll need

• Education/training in manufacturing, engineering, or safety preferred
• Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience creating charts, graphs, and presentations
• Ability to lead staff of diverse language and cultural backgrounds
