The Mortgage Loan Officer helps clients with residential mortgage loan origination, providing advice on home lending solutions and working to meet sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction and loan quality. You’ll need

• 3+ years experience as a loan officer in 1st mortgage production (preferred)
• 3+ years knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL, ECOA, RESPA, and real estate laws (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
