What you’d do

Provide clinical navigation and coordination for new and complex rheumatology patients, including pre-visit chart preparation, patient education, and multidisciplinary coordination. You’ll need

• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Skill in collecting, organizing and analyzing data
• Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
