What you’d do

Lead legal strategy for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure deals, including diligence, structuring, financing, negotiation and closing. Negotiate powered-shell, build-to-suit and colocation agreements and manage long-term relationships with operators, lessors and financing sources. Full-time, remote based in Sunnyvale, CA.
