What you’d do

Develop forecasts for customer contact volumes and staffing needs, analyze trends and operational drivers, and create staffing and resource allocation plans to support service goals. • 6+ years experience in workforce management or related planning
• Forecasting and capacity planning skills
• Operations analytics experience
• Full-time schedule
