Provide financial counseling to patients about treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options. Manage payment arrangements, assist with financing and financial assistance, audit bills for accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to improve collections. Full-time. You’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years experience in Patient Access or Patient Accounting
• Experience with Medicaid Application process
• Obtain HFMA CRCR and/or NAHAM CHAA certification within 1 year
• Understanding of basic billing and coding
