What you’d do

Front desk role greeting clients and pets, handling check-in, appointment scheduling, calls, prescription refills, payments, and invoicing, and relaying information between clients and clinical staff. You’ll need

• 2+ years front desk or client-facing customer service
• Calm, professional, positive demeanor
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and common vaccines/lab tests
• Payment processing and scheduling accuracy
