Manages design and construction projects such as new development, expansion, renovation, and retrofitting, coordinating and reporting on activities per the Process & Controls Manual. • 2 years recent relevant experience
• Familiarity with Last Planner System and Lean Construction
• Basic understanding of Vplanner and Bluebeam
• Able to build cost estimates and schedules for small projects
• Able to assess risks to scope, budget, and schedule
