Lead advanced microelectronics assembly in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, supervising assemblers and ensuring compliance with MIL standards. • Cleanroom microelectronics assembly experience
• Wire bonding (gold & aluminum) and die attach
• Die bonder, wire bonder, seam welder programming
• DOE, SPC, FMEA implementation experience
• QML Q and V inspection with microscopes
