You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience facilitating Agile Release Train events
• Coaching and mentoring skills in Lean-Agile practices
• Ability to manage program-level dependencies and risks
• Full-time remote work
