• Bachelor's in Electrical, Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 4-8 years relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years
• Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing environment
• Experience with MES, PLM (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools
