Supports training, onboarding, and mentoring of clinical support staff across assigned clinics in the market. Provides hands-on instruction, coaching, and competency validation, and partners with clinic leadership on workflows and quality standards. Full time. You’ll need

• Relevant clinical certification (e.g. Medical Assistant, LPN)
• 3+ years in a clinic or ambulatory care environment
• Prior lead experience as an MA or training core clinic roles
• Value based care environment experience
