What you’d do

Perform due diligence on companies and industries, build financial projection models, and prepare underwriting memorandums covering credit risks and terms. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years in underwriting, credit, or originations
• Banking or investment banking experience preferred
• Credit agreement and underwriting skills
• Financial projection modeling
