What you’d do

Coordinates and schedules direct patient care staff for acute dialysis treatments at contracted hospitals, receives and prioritizes incoming calls, and dispatches RNs, technicians and other personnel to assigned facilities. You’ll need

• 1–2 years customer service or dispatch experience
• Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment desired
• Familiarity with Grasshopper, ACES or similar systems
• Medical terminology experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
