What you’d do

Lead ground-up commercial developments, core-and-shell additions, and interior fit-outs as the executive regional client contact. You’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's in construction management, civil/structural engineering, architecture, or re
• 12–15+ years progressive executive leadership in commercial general contracting or ground-up develop
• Experience with major enterprise clients
• Technical due diligence and site assessment
• Contractor selection and bid leveling
