Own and sustain CVD module processes to meet quality, yield, cost, and cycle time goals, and develop and qualify new CVD processes, tooling, and materials. • Bachelor's in engineering, materials science, or related technical discipline
• 2-3 years semiconductor process engineering or related
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• CVD process development and sustainment
• Master's in engineering or materials science preferred
