You’ll need

• BS/MS in CS, EE, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar, or equivalent experience
• Typically 10+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• 9 years with a Master's degree or 8 with a PhD
• Experience with foundation models such as VLMs and VLAs
• Deep learning training methods including RL, imitation, and self-supervised learning
