• Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in EE, CE, CS, or Software Engineering
• Understanding of logic design, VLSI, and transistor-level concepts
• Familiarity with PnR tools and timing analysis
• Power optimization techniques
• Familiarity with JTAG, MBIST, and scan concepts
