Support retention and growth of the Small Business Unit by working with insurance agents nationwide on new business, renewals, and account service, providing environmental insurance expertise and acting as liaison between carriers, clients, and agents. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years commercial property & casualty insurance experience
• Experience with EPIC, Salesforce, or equivalent systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
