What you’d do

Accompany providers into exam rooms to observe visits and document patient encounters in structured notes, including history, assessment, plan, and physical exam. Also assigns CPT and ICD-10 codes, prepares After Visit Summaries, and handles orders, referrals, and documentation tasks. Full time. Found on the employer's careers page on Oct 6, 2026. You’ll need

• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages where indicated
• Prior clinical experience including shadowing and/or volunteering (strongly preferred)
