What you’d do

Investigate suspected fraud, waste, and abuse in claims and enrollment data, managing a caseload from identification through resolution, including overpayment recovery and reporting. You’ll need

• 3+ years of insurance claims investigation or law enforcement investigation experience
• 1+ year experience with fraud statutes and regulations
• Knowledge of federal recoupment guidelines and anti-FWA activity
• Data analysis and investigative documentation skills
